Bali "Blue Krishna" Organic Rainforest Alliance

This amazing coffee from Bali comes from a slightly different angle than most Indonesian coffees you'll find out there.  First off, it is a fully washed coffee as is the tradition in Bali, bringing about a smoothness and clarity in the cup you won't find in many other coffees from the Far East.  That traditional Indonesian forest-floor earthiness is still back there, but it is subtle.  What you find in this coffee is a lot of intense bright citrus notes paired with a sort of cashew or pecan aspect, with that latent earthiness sort of hanging out in the back.  The body is velvety, smooth and refined.
