Flores BaJawa FT Organic

Grown primarily as a collaboration between two farmer groups in the Ngada district of Flores at altitudes ranging from 1200m to 1600m above sea level in rich soils surrounding the volcano Inerie.  This Flores has a pleasing aroma of dark chocolate, mint and tobacco, low acidity, full mouthfeel and a sweet flavor that mellows to a nice baker’s chocolate aspect.
