Our Shop

We opened our busy and lively retail location at the corner of 6th Avenue and Washington Street in 2001.  Over the years Pablo's has become a community focal point, a place for people from all walks of life to assmeble for coffee, conversation and friendship. 

Our main focal point is our 3-group La Marzocco Linea espresso machine which was lovingly restored by our friend Moses at Moses Espresso Service.  We pull literally thousands of shots a day off this machine.  When it gets grumpy and needs maintenance, we swap it out for our 4-group Linea, which is called the Aircraft Carrier.  This machine is slightly more tempermental to work on but still gets its share of love.  Our drip coffee comes from a Fetco CBS-2052e Extractor which has been programmed to perfectly portray our coffees.  Additionally, every day we have a French Press offering for those desiring a more full bodied and traditional brew method. 

The east wall of the shop is dedicated to showcasing the many signature blends and single origin coffees we have available at any given time... usually between 15 and 20 different coffees!  Our staff of professional Baristas are familiar with each of these coffees, and farm information is available for the asking.  And don't forget, every Tuesday at our shop coffee is $2 off per pound!

One thing you won't find at Pablo's Coffee is Wi-Fi, free or otherwise.  We believe that not offering Internet connectivity encourages conversation, creativity and community.  Not only that, it's normally so busy that if we did offer it people might not be able to find a seat!
